My masters project focused on the Great British seaside and the memories that generations of families have had while there on holiday, the book mainly focused on my own family memories of the seaside. It used family pictures superimposed with illustrations of ephemera found at the seaside with interviews and quotes throughout the book. The project was meant to act as a way to save these memories and keep them forever within the book as a way for my own family to remember these times, along with this a website was created that allowed the general public to create their own postcards that detailed their own treasured memories of the seaside that will then be saved for generations in the future to learn about the British seaside.
